If you believe that content available on or through our Site infringes one or more of your copyrights, please submit a written notification ("DMCA Notice") containing the information described below to our designated copyright agent. Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA Notice, we will take whatever action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.

a) Identification of the copyrighted work: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has allegedly been infringed.

e) Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party and inform them that we may restore the removed content within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days unless our designated agent first receives notice from the original complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the removed material.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers. In accordance with applicable law, we reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We will also terminate access to our Site and services for any user who uses the Site to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

A repeat infringer is any user who has been the subject of two or more valid DMCA Notices, or who we otherwise determine to be a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights.

4. Modifications to Allegedly Infringing Content

We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time, with or without notice, in response to a DMCA Notice. We also reserve the right to make our own determination as to whether a notice is valid and complete, and whether action is required. We are not obligated to take any particular action in response to a notice.

5. Misrepresentation Warning

Please be aware that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you are not sure whether the material you are reporting is in fact infringing, or whether you are authorized to submit a Counter-Notice, you should consult with a qualified attorney before proceeding.

6. Good Faith and Fair Use

We take copyright infringement seriously. At the same time, we are committed to protecting users who make lawful uses of copyrighted material, including uses protected under fair use and similar doctrines. We encourage you to consider whether your use may qualify as fair use before submitting a DMCA Notice. Factors considered in fair use analysis typically include:

Purpose and character of the use: Whether the use is transformative, educational, or commercial in nature.

Nature of the copyrighted work: Whether the original work is factual or creative.

Amount and substantiality: The portion of the work used in relation to the whole.

Effect on the market: The impact of the use on the potential market for or value of the original work.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on our Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
